Background

Fridah Nzamsa is the Managing Partner at Nzamsa Sankale & Company Advocates. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, bringing over a decade of legal experience and practice.

She practices in the Court of Appeal, High Court, and all other subordinate courts in Kenya, with a primary focus on Commercial Transactions Maritime & Admiralty Law and Legal Compliance. She has successfully defended and prosecuted cased in the High Court and Court of Appeal in respect to Maritime disputes, commercial transactions and other legal aspects of commercial disputes.

Prior to the establishment of Nzamsa Sankale & Company Advocates, Fridah gained valuable experience working at Kaplan & Stratton, Sherman Nyongesa & Mutubia Advocates, where she worked until 2019 before teaming up with fellow partners to establish the firm. She is also a certified Trainer with the Justice Advocacy Africa, and as part of the Mombasa faculty she actively participates in training Advocates in Trial Advocacy skills.
