Mark is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya whose interests lie in property and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He also has a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in tax and customs administration at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration. Mark is also an Associate member of the Kenya chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

Omuga has had a stellar record in all the litigation matters handled on behalf of our clients especially in Commercial litigation and Taxation disputes between taxpayers and the Kenya Revenue Authority.

Omuga advises our commercial clients in major acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures. He recently successfully handled a joint venture between one of our clients and a third party where the two companies were looking into getting into a joint business venture with a huge investment value of Kenya.
