• Advising clients, Pre-trial briefing of clients for court sessions and drafting of legal opinions.

• Drafting of all court and commercial documents.

• Attending court for hearings in matters of Insurance law, Family law (Divorce and separation, Succession, Children cases) Land law, Employment and labour law, Commercial and banking law, Criminal law in both the High Court, Magistrates courts and Tribunals.

• Intensive legal research

His experience also covers a wide area of litigation matters. She previously worked with CM Advocates LLP, where She was an associate advocate in the ADR & Litigation Department And also appointed the head of the Debt Recovery Unit Mombasa Office.

She oversaw advising on and preparing demand letters and deeds of settlement for various debt collection matters including among others unpaid salaries, unpaid rent and overdue accounts.
